TERMS OF LEASE

• OLD WEST DUMPSTERS will provide dumpster disposal service using our roll-off containers. Service will be provided on the day requested. You must call 6 hours in advance to schedule a same day swap if available. Additional days on your rental period will be $7.00 Per Day, starting on the 10th day until the roll-off is picked up.

 

• Additional Charges: All Customers Are Responsible For

1. Total weight of the contents of their dumpster(s).

2. Scheduling the removal of their dumpster(s).

3. Ensure dumpster(s) are not overloaded.

4. Content placed into container CANNOT be above either the "maximum load level" or the top of the container, contents MUST be within the container and cannot overhang any sides of the container.

5. Latch and Safety Chain Door should be closed properly before filling out container.

6. If Contents are above the “maximum load level contents overhanging sides and/or door is not property secured may incur extra charges and/or labor fees.

7. Inspect the dumpster upon delivery for any existing damage.

8. Upon removal of the dumpster, OLD WEST DUMPSTERS shall be entitled to charge the customer for the repair or replacement costs attributable to any damage to the dumpster while in the customer’s possession.

9. The customer shall be liable for any repair or replacement costs. Upon removal, the customer authorizes OLD WEST DUMPSTERS to collect any additional disposal and repair or replacement costs attributable to the customer.

10. Any weight above the max tonnage allowed will result in refusal of service and off-loading shall be required. A dry run charge can range from $30.00 up to $150.00 per occurrence. Blocking or impeding retrieval of a roll-off on the agreed collection date will result in a dry run charge.

• Cleaning due to loading of restricted or hazardous materials will be billed at a 3rd party rate plus a reasonable markup. Tires pricing each: Passenger $5, Semi $10.50, Heavy Equipment $75.00, ATV $50.00.

• Waste Material

• Non-Hazardous Solid Waste Only. Customer agrees not to put any waste that is liquid, or any waste that is, or contains, radioactive, volatile, corrosive, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, biohazardous, infectious, toxic, and/or any hazardous wastes or substances (“Prohibited Waste”) into roll-off containers. No Concrete/Asphalt.

 

• Prohibited Waste includes, but is not limited to, paint, batteries, paint cans, ashes, oil, vehicle parts, tires, sewage sludge, etc. "White metal" (stoves, ovens, refrigerators, etc.) Must be placed at the rear of roll-off container (by door) and not covered or surrounded with any other types of waste due to disposal site segregation. ALL REFRIGERANTS, OILS AND OTHER LIQUIDS MUST BE REMOVED PRIOR TO PLACING INTO ROLL-OFF CONTAINER! An additional charge(s) will be assessed if refrigerant, oil and any other liquid is not removed at a 3rd party rate plus a reasonable markup.

 

• Inspection/Rejection of Prohibited Waste

• OLD WEST DUMPSTERS shall have the right to inspect, analyze, and/or test any waste delivered by customer. 

• Acknowledgement

•  Customer acknowledges that OLD WEST DUMPSTERS shall not be liable for any damage to driving, placement surfaces or any other property resulting from OLD WEST DUMPSTERS equipment serving containers on the agreed upon areas and the surroundings. Customer acknowledges that they are not allowed to move any roll-offs with their personal equipment or a third party’s equipment, a move charge and a possible damage charge will be assessed if roll-off is not moved by OLD WEST DUMPSTERS personal and equipment.

 

• Right to refuse or end service

•  OLD WEST DUMPSTERS has the right to refuse or end service at any time during the contract period for any reason including but not limited to, violation of contract terms, multiple container blocking, unauthorized movement of container, false information, lack of payment, refusal for reasonable accommodations for container placement, mistreatment of OLD WEST DUMPSTERS employees, continued placement of restricted or banned materials or general misuse.

• OLD WEST DUMPSTERS retains the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

• CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE TO COMPLETLY READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS LEASE AGREEMENT.

• Payment Terms

• Prepayment at the time of reservation is required by debit card or credit card, OLD WEST DUMPSTERS will keep that card on file until the account is at a zero balance.
